- An item can ONLY be returned/refunded or exchanged if the item is defective and sufficient evidence is provided as proof or if the client is not fully satisfied with their purchase. Applies to Non-Sale Items only.
- Returns or Refunds can only be entertained if the item is in its ORIGINAL Packaging and Condition received and must NOT have been used. Video footage must be provided to support any claim.
- The item must be returned along with its Original Receipt or proof of purchase.
- Exchange– Accessory Vine will provide FREE delivery on an item that was faulted by our team i.e. a defective item or the wrong product was sent. However, should a customer request an exchange for an item, the new delivery cost has to be borne by the customer. It will vary based on the area and ranges between $45 -$50 (Urban, Rural and Extended areas).
- Request for Returns or Refunds must be made within seven (7) days of purchase. Accessory Vine will NOT entertain claims after this allotted time period.
- Accessory Vine is not required to refund an item if you choose the wrong item.
- A Transportation cost of $45 will be subtracted on Refunds.
- SALE Items are considered FINAL SALES as such we DO NOT provide any EXCHANGES or REFUNDS on those items
